Divide your order into equal payments with Electric Forest Payment Plans.

Choose from three options:

• $50 down + 2 payments per month over 4 months
• 10% down + 1 payment per month over four months*
• 25% down + 1 payment per month over three months.

*Minimum $50 down for 10% down option.

Payment Plan Details:

• You can manage your Payment Plan in your FanAccount
• Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100.
• To purchase using a Payment Plan, select Payment Plan as your payment method during checkout.
• Each payment will be automatically charged using the card on file. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment card is up-to-date.
• Payment Plans assess a $2.75 processing fee per payment, these fees will be added to your Payment Plan at checkout.
• Your order will not be eligible for the Official Wristband Exchange until it has been paid in full.
• Payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
• Payment Plans available through December 11, 2023.
• For any order that defaults on their payment plan, all money will be issued as an Electric Forest Credit via FanAccount. Please note, the funds will expire 12 months from time of issuance.

Missed Payments:

• Each payment receives a 10-Day Grace Period. Failure to pay within 10 days from your payment date will result in your order being canceled.
• When an order is canceled due to default, money paid will be returned as a credit that can be used towards future Electric Forest purchases on AXS.com.
• Credits expire after 12 months from the date you receive your credit.
• You will be able to view your credit in your FanAccount.
• Canceled orders can not be reactivated. No exceptions. If your order has been canceled you will need to use the Official Wristband Exchange to purchase new Wristbands and Lodging Packages.

Payment Plans are managed by AXS Tickets. If you have questions about your Payment Plan, go to AXS Support and in the bottom right you should see a “Chat with Us” button. You will be prompted to search for possible solutions and then transferred to an agent.
